Great Yorkshire Show

The Great Yorkshire Show, held at Harrogate July 13 to 15 2010, was a memorable one for the Broomwell flock.
Senior ram Broomwell Johnny Depp was awarded first in the senior ram class, male champion and the breed championship.
There was further excitement when the Princess Royal visited the ring at the end of the judging at the ewe lamb class and stopped to chat to many of the exhibitors and judge John Donovan. We were proud to be at the top of that class with a ewe lam by Broomwell Alleluiah taking the first prize.

Other prizes included second place in the shearling ram class, third in the shearling ewe, fifth in the ram lambs, sixth in the breeding ewe class and second in the group of three.
